Which room(s) would you recommend for the wedding night or honeymoon and what is special about it?
Deluxe Executive Room
The beautifully appointed Deluxe Executive studio rooms feature elegant king size beds with luxurious bedding and linens, a large luxurious soaker tub for two in the bedroom along with a bathroom featuring a sleek and stylish limestone walkin shower, Gilchrest & Soames bath amenities, rich Frette towels and luxurious cotton bathrobes & slippers. Approximately 400 sqft, they are located on the 3rd to the 11th floor with several rooms facing the Robson Square gardens and Vancouver Art Gallery (available by request). Each of these rooms includes a spacious work area with complimentary wifi Internet and cordless phone, a flat panel television with DVD player, a high dry bar area with minibar, plush sitting chairs with a table and a private balcony complete with patio chairs and table.

Wedgewood Suite
The beautifully appointed Wedgewood Suites decorated in a brown Equestrian themed fabric feature elegant king size beds with luxurious bedding and linens in the bedroom separated by French glass sliding doors from a living room area with a double size chaise sofabed. These are the only suites that features two bathrooms. One with a large jetted soaker tub for two with shutters that open up into the bedroom and the second with a sleek limestone walkin shower with full bath amenities. Both bathrooms include luxurious Gilchrest & Soames bath amenities, rich Frette towels and luxurious cotton bathrobes & slippers. Approximately 500 sqft, they are located on the 3rd to the 7th floor with lovely east views of the Robson Square gardens and the Vancouver Art Gallery. Each of these rooms includes a spacious work area with complimentary wifi Internet and cordless phone, a flat panel television with DVD player in each room, a wet bar and microwave, and a private balcony complete with patio chairs and table.
Penthouse Suites
The individually decorated Penthouse Suites each with their own unique colour schemes feature luxurious antiques and original paintings. The bedroom features an elegant king size bed with luxurious bedding and linens with a spacious, spa inspired marble bathroom featuring a large jetted deep soaker tub for two, separate walkin shower, heated floors, Gilchrest & Soames bath amenities, rich Frette towels and luxurious cotton bathrobes & slippers. The living room area is complete with a warm gas fireplace, plush antique furniture and dining area with a wet bar fully stocked with a complete range of deluxe spirits. Approximately 700 sqft, they are located on the top floors of the hotel with a lovely garden patio with elegant outdoor furnishings and breathtaking views of the city overlooking the beatiful Robson Square gardens and prestigious Vancouver Art Gallery. Each of these suites includes a spacious work area with complimentary wifi Internet and cordless phone, and flat panel televisions with DVD players in each room,

Can you tell us something about the options and capacities to have a wedding reception in your hotel and / or in another venue without hotel beds in your surroundings?
Liaisons Room, located on the main floor, is known for its romantic atmosphere complete with an antique fireplace and beautiful Renaissance tapestries. The maximum capacity is 55 people for a seated function set with 5 round tables of 11 or 60 people seated theatre style for a ceremony. The room rental is $650.00, however the rental is waived if the food & beverage exceeds $3500.00 (before tax & gratuity). A labour fee of $300.00 will apply to change the set-up from your ceremony to your reception. If you would like to have the dance floor installed there is a $150.00 set-up fee.
There is a minimum food order requirement of $65.00 per person for dinner or $50.00 per person for a stand-up reception or luncheon or brunch, excluding beverages, taxes and gratuities. A $5.00 per person cake cutting fee applies if you bring in your own wedding cake. Please note, we only book our function room for wedding ceremonies if the inquiry also includes the cocktail/dinner reception to follow.

Is it possible to have a legal and / or ceremonial wedding at your property (or at a special place in your surroundings)?
Nearby Stanley Park is a popular destination for wedding ceremonies, with its lush gardens, surrounding beach and waterfront views. A marriage commissioner may be arranged through the government website www.vs.gov.bc.ca
