An ancient farmhouse recently transformed in a contemporary boutique hotel located in the breathtaking traditional country side of Le Langhe, in Southern Piedmont, with a special taste of its own, a passion for details and staff commitment to service. The property is located only a few miles away from Monforte d’Alba, an early Middle Age walled town which belonged first to the domain of Marchesi del Carretto and then of Marchesi Scarampi. The hotel retains the layout of the original farmhouse with an internal patio which serves as entrance to some of the rooms but the decoration and refurbishment has given the property a modern flair. All around the hotel vineyards where the world known Barolo red wine comes from and part of this rolling hills covered with vineyards have been transformed into a 9-holes golf course with amazing views. The outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace overlook this amazing landscape where, on clear blue sky days, one can see the Alps.

The hotel organizes wine tasting courses and cookery classes for clients who would like to get a bit more acquainted with this area so full of culinary traditions.
