In which year did you start your wedding planning business and which reasons made you
start working in this job?
From 2003 with starting as assistant wedding coordinator and prepare file meeting for my senior. Then on 2004 I start organize the wedding and work as wedding coordinator.

Do you work alone or in a team?
With my team which is consist of 5 people

In which languages can you take care of your customers?
English and Indonesia. But we have several contract with German travel agency, Chinese and Russian agent.

What are the main regions where you are planning weddings?
Most of the wedding at private villa at Uluwatu, Canggu area, Sanur and Wedding at Front beach hotel in Kuta and Nusa dua as well wedding at glass chapel.

What are your personal favourites regarding:
a) a location for a destination wedding in your home region?
Private villa in Uluwatu or other front beach villa with sunset.

b) a location for a destination wedding in the rest of the world?
Probably New Zealand and Paris.

c) a location for a wedding reception in your home region?
Private villa in Uluwatu or other front beach villa with sunset. With all services in privately.

d) a location for a wedding reception in in the rest of the world?

e) a country / region / hotel for a honeymoon?
paris and other europecountry.

Have you organised weddings for prominent people?
YES we did. Our agreement to those person for not to use theor photos for promotion. We normally ask the client to sign if they are allow us to use their photos. But most of actris, artist and important person they don't want to published. Thats why they choose us since we guarantee not to publish them for our purpose.
Lawyer who work for white house in US, Daughter the owner of company who supply the spare part for US air force, Indonesian artist, famous model from Singapore, guitarist of famous group band in Indonesia. For those important person, mostly there are lots of security guard with gun who will accompany the guests which is also important person (minister)

Have you organised weddings for couples from outside your country?
Most of our client are foreigners.. from Singapore, Austalia, Canada, US, New Zealand, Findland, Holland, Austria, Malaysia, HongKong, China, Russian, Germany. Most of the couple from Australia and Singapore with big group wedding.

Which strengths of your company would you like to mention?
We always give the real costs. No difference between local and foreigner, all rates based on the requests and expectation. And we will not confirm before settle 50% deposit. We selling services, so we start work by once client confirm with all we propose on estimation cost. Wealways in charge from beginning of the event until late night when we clear up all of our equipment, so no complain.

Could you tell us a little story about something special that you have experienced during your work as a wedding planner?
1. Wedding story of Pakistant client. Groom contact me last minutes (1month before) ask me to prepare the surprise trip for them. He will propose girl friend and if say YES then get marriage in Bali. I arrange 3 places for ther accommodation. At private villa which is standard for me... but they said wow.. then next at ocean view villa and they said WOOOWWW... I arrange romanic dinner for the groom to prpose the bride. Groom convident that girl friend wll say YES. 85% YES...
at that time all orderedsnce the next day is public holiday. 16 august rmantic dinner, 17 holiday and 18 will be the wedding.
But until 17 at 1pm groo not call me and I was out of city. Signal not really good at that time. I was worry... all prepared for 18. Then I stop at phone shop and call land line to the villa.
he said " Deasy... cancel.. she dont want to merry me.."
but all paid and prepared. I askeh him to give confirmation by 18 latest 11am. Girl frien really mad and suddenly want to back home to San Francisco.
On 18 we just come to the villa and prepare everything except the wedding ceremony. He prepare the jewerly, weddng dress and all. He knew the size, everyhing about the girl. OMG
then we just do photo session, video and dinner without wedding. She looks so happy. and on 20 they back to US. Before that I took them to the villa in Ubud where they should have their honeymoon. That was early morning at 5.30am when I pick them up. Their flight at 1pm. After we arrive and check the villa, they ask me to leave hem. They cryied..
Look soo sad.
I sent their album to US but I pu wrong address. I thought the addres he gave me at airport same with the booking form. But the album was sent to their parents house. They opened it and the parent are happy.. really surprise.. May be parents cngratulate them and look no problem. But in fact it was not wedding.
The reason why girl not accept it just because they ae moslem an as moslem wedding should lead and witnessed by bride's father. At that time she don want to disappoint her dad. That'swhy she refuse it. But in fact both of their family aleady close and they know they will get marriage soon but still don't know where..
Girl said to me that theye are separated now. Just to colling down their feeling. both od them sent me separate email to tell me what happen. The girl really feel bad why she refuse it. The groom feel bad why he not listen my idea just bring the minister and decide last minute. If she says NO then just asked the minister to leave.
I always remember this storry..
I also have experience (3 times) with the couple who cancel he wedding on the wedding day. Bride call me and cry says that he dont want to mery me... I have to come earlier to their hotel. 4 hours earlier from the schedule just to make sure and alk wth the groom. Groom which is divorced before feel that he scared and nervous. He afraid if it will be end with diforce. He afraid ake wrong decisiion.
Finally 2 hours before the schedule, groom says YES..

Is there any movie about your work?
on 2005 VOX TV German come to Baliand at that timemy close friend who own travel agent for German market inform me that VOX TV looking for talent girl who stll traditional can dancing, know a lot about culture but also modern. So I just apply and it OK. I think if you check the VOX TV website and looking for hairaten in Bali (if not wrong) then you will find me. This profile also already show at TV station in Australia. 3 months ago my previous client call me and said that I am on TV. hahaha.. the show also at few TV station in Indonesia. I think that about Indonesian archipelago. I have the copy DVD sent by VOX TV. I keep it as really important story for me.
